5. Termination and Cancellation

5.1. Termination by Website: The Website reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to immediately suspend or terminate your membership and access to the Member Area if it becomes aware of any actual or suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions, particularly the Prohibited Uses (Section 3.2). 5.2. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Media Content ceases immediately, and you must delete all copies of the Media Content downloaded from the Website. No refunds will be provided for membership fees paid if termination is due to a breach of these Terms.
